At Purple Panda Crochet, we take pride in providing high-quality products and exceptional service. We are committed to your satisfaction and want you to have a positive shopping experience with us. To ensure transparency and clear expectations, please review our return and exchange policy below.
At Purple Panda we work hard to make sure the product of your choice is exactly as you describe it. With that being said we Regret to inform you that we do not accept returns on products that are either personalized or made to order.
This policy is in place for several reasons. Some of our products, particularly ones that are Personal or Intimate items, as well as Customized and Made-to-Order Products: Several of our products are made to order or personalized according to your specifications. Due to their unique nature, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Exceptions
We understand that there may be circumstances beyond your control, such as receiving a damaged or defective product. In such cases, we are committed to making it right for you. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team at 480-269-0348 within 30 days of receiving your order, we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Returns on items that have been premade and have no customization are eligible for returns however the product must be in the same condition as it was when it was shipped out. In circumstances like these you may contact us to let us know you are returning your item and when the item has been received we will begin to issue a refund. Customer pays for return shipping.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests can be accommodated if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. We cannot cancel orders that are already in transit or have been delivered.
