- Shipping and Delivery options
- Estimated delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days.
- All packages are shipped with USPS Standard Shipping.
- Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Unfortunately Purple Panda Crochet only ships to addresses within the U.S. at the moment.
- Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the deliver carrier a tracking number will be sent to the customer through the email provided at the time of check out.
- Cancellations
- after an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling the order please contact us.
- Refunds & Returns

- Delayed orders
- In the rare case of a delayed orders we will reach out to you through the email provided at the time of check out. However, shipping provider delays do not fall under the sellers liability for the delayed orders. please first contact the shipping carrier.
- Damaged orders
- Purple Panda Crochet is not liable for products after the order has been placed the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in anyway we can.
